Ok, To start you need to be killed at least 4 times.

When you've been killed about 4 times, the option to teleport should come up above "Press A to respawn".

Select the teleport option by pressing "Y" and then cancel it by pressing "Y".

After you cancelled the teleport, The screen should load and you will spawn with full DeadEye.

After you spawn, Switch over to your Fire Bottle and then back to your pistol.

Then aim your pistol by holding "LT"

While holding "LT", Hold "LB" and highlight your Fire Bottle.

While holding "LB" and "LT" switch your Fire Bottle to a Throwing Knife but don't let go of "LT" or "LB".

Now to get in the glitch, While highlighting throwing knife, Let go of "LB" and immediately click "RS".

Your screen should turn orange and your character should be holding the knife.

oh, do not switch from your knife
