this wont work.sorry. I did this on my first xbox and it worked for a couple of days up to a week then I got it again. I kept doing it over and over and then I opened it up one time to clean it and the motherboard was all distorted and parts were starting to melt. So I had to buy a new one because I really efffed mine up.
The best way is to take it apart, remove the xclams, put themal paste on the gpu chips, clean everything with a paper towel, then overheat it to reflow after everything is done.
