Help please, I have had my xbox 360 for a year now (refirbished) and I had RROD once but I turned my xbox on and off a few times and it went away but now my xbox 360 wont read discs. I went out and bought a brand new game (Modern Warfare 2) never used and put it in and my xbox still wouldnt read it, I have put every game I have in my xbox 360 and it still doesnt play. It was working just fine yesterday but this morning right before I went to sleep it started doing this. I took it outside when I went camping (I was at a KOA campground) in a tent then I got back home and the morning after is when it happened. I thought that maybe dirt or dust was on the lens so I sprayed Dust Remover inside my xbox in every side where the little holes are. Can anyone help? Could I take it back and get a new one or do I have to totaly buy a new one? The warranty ran off I think, I believe it was only for a year. If you have any solutions that you believe will work I will rep you for a hole week untill you have over 150 rep (Not power)!

My friend had the same problem. Heres some advice.
Next time the disc reader works install all of your games to your harddrive.
Buy a new drive and replace it with the old one. (What i would do)
Toggle around with it. This should help

Its called: The Open Tray Error.
You Must Reset Your Laser By Manually Opening and Closing The Disc Tray Very Fast.
-or-
Remove the Xbox Case and Clean The Laser (Little Red LED Looking Thing in The Disc Drive with a Soft Tissue.
