when i click shared file on any application it says its being shared with sertec soft i dont think thats suppose to be there but when i click on browse and find the program and click it that doesnt work either
any ideas ?

What kind of virus protection is it? Palladium Pro? or something along those lines. If so you will have to restore your computer to a earlier time and it should be fine!

i cant restore read i cant run any kind of program or file on my comp i keep getting error messages

ctrl+alt+Delete. and it should bring up windows task manager look for the virus protection and hit end process.

Is it "win7 home antivirus" or some BS like that? Thats what i had, wouldnt let me open anything , not even internet. Costed me 140$ to get cleaned at best buy
