The only way people get banned on their flashed xbox is by ignorance. some people use old firmware and get flagged by AP2.5 violations, some dont even stealth patch their games (USE ABGX360 to patch). if your not going to play a burned game then its fine as long as you flash the correct firmware with the right key (LT+ is undetectable). so as long as you stealth patch with the latest abgx and have the newest LT+, but DO NOT flash if you have the newest dashboard 0.13146. WAIT for the new firmware will be released actually within 24 hours. Also there are several drives so find the tutorial for your right drive!
