What you need to do is, for windows go to your task manager CTRL+ALT+DELETE the. Tak manager , then look throughout there to see of you can find any unusual processes. If yu can, go to "end process" or "end task" if you want an in depth tutorial, PM me.

when i try the ctr alt dlt thing it pops up but when i click end process it just keeps coming back

Do a system restore as its proberly a fake virus protection program trying to scam you.

how are you making this post if you can open the internet? well.. just go on a different computer, download an anti-virus, put it on a USB and put the usb on the other infected computer and open it, if that doesnt work, then type in "System Restore" on your start bar and set the date to one week ago and restore you computer, the virus will be gone!

THE SYSTEM RESTORE WONT OWRK I CANT OPEN UP MY PROGRAMS, When i sign on everytime to my pc it says your vesion of windows is not genuine so i click get genuine now and it took me online so all i can do is get online i cant open anything i can download stuff but wont let me open it

try to run them as administrator.
