Ok first of all you need to have a modded iso disk of the game in which you are hotswapping, which I assume you do. Then you will need to take a random game that you don't play anymore and put it in you xbox and press Y so it goes to game options. You will also need the original copy of the game you want to hotswap. ok so put in a random xbox game and then click y on the game and the eject button at the same time. Then you should have a screen with whatever game you just ejected still up. Then put in the original game that you wanted to hotswap then when it loads and gives you the game options, just eject it and put in the modded copy of the game and press install, and there you have it.

I pretty sure this 3 disc thing works there was comments on this utube video say it still works the were 3 comments that wre posted like 4 days ago.

There Is No Way Of Doing This,
I also Have A BenQ Drive, And It Is Not Possible To Do this anymore!
If You really want to hotswap, you need to take it apart.
There are videos on YT Showing You How to do this wthout Voiding the warranty Sticker, Although If You Start Messing Around inside your console, Microsoft Will Know!
