I spent about 1 hour trying to find a certain hat that ive been wanting... good news, i found it. bad news, i cant buy it because paypal wont let me. The thing is when i click on "proceed to paypal" after i fill in all my information it sends me to paypal where it says i need to add a credit card/debit card. I dont have one. im 16 years old so i cant add one because i cant legally own a credit card. What can i do? i already have 60$ on my paypal account. Can anyone help me.

Verify it through etrade method. Surely you can find it.

You need to verify your paypal to send money and buy things

I could give you a debit card with no money on it! I used it like 5 days ago to activate my paypal and it worked!

That is your fault, you added money to an account in which you opened.
To open the account you must agree to their terms of service and they state that you should be 18+ years of age to open a paypal account.

You could get a prepaid debit card to verify your paypal, but if your under age and they catch you using a paypal account they are able to limit your account and you lose the money until you can provide proof your 18.

You need to have your paypal verified first. You can ask your parents to let you add their credit/debit card and assure them that no money will come out of their accounts, or you can buy a prepaid visa debit card and use that.

I'm 16 and have a credit card in my name...just use your parents, or one of your bank accounts, i linked my bank on there before i got a cc
