The ghost voice will be, as they recorded his voice in MW1 and they won't bother paying for a new voice actor. So it won't be ghost or gaz but it will be the voice of them.

Maybe he'll be sandman or something.

He was NOT burned in MW2. He DID get shot, but he could've faked it or survived it. Do not say that hes dead until you play MW3. I personally think hes not dead and hes in MW3. Makarov says in one part of the reveal trailer that revenge is like a ghost, and then it shows the shadowy figure walking in fire, which I think is Ghost.
Nuff said.

speaking of ghost i think they need to take that dumb ass perk out of the game along with last chance
