I use a template for the body and head, and headphones if they want. I still have to add things they want, and color overlays on everything, fix things that don't look good/work on it which takes a while. The whole process takes like 30 minutes.

Just a little tip, you should use about 5 different templates so it gives people a choice. Like this people will get bored of the same one.
