FOR SOME REASON WHEN I AM ON MY XBOX 360, WHEN I START A GAME AND PLAY IT, AND THEN I GO TO THE DASHBOARD AND I HAVE NO AVATAR AND GAMER PICTURE. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ACCOUNT!?

I would recommend deleting your profile off of your hard drive then recovering it back.
