Hey guys i found a way to play SnD in combat training! Look at date posted before you say this was already posted i did it first! Here are the steps:

1) Go to private match and put SnD on whatever map you want to play on.
2) Invite your friend to the game.
3) Hover over combat training and then really quickly hit A up A.
4) When the game is loading back out to your dashboard "middle button then y"
5) Your friend will recieve an error message and be kicked to SnD on Combat Training.
6) Start up black ops and go to private match.
7) Go to game options and put score to max.
8 ) Go to lives and hover over unlimited.
9) Have your friend invite you to the game while your hovering over unlimited lives.
10) Accept the invite and when your in the pre-game lobby have your friend back out.
11) It's going to kick you to your own lobby and the unlimited lives pop up is still there
12) Hit A 2 times and then B once.
13) Enjoy playing!

The only down side to this is that the most points you can get in 1 match is 30,000 buuuuuuut..if you press start and hit leave game you can just start it back up again! Gl to all who try this please plus rep if it worked for you and post legit! after you die your points will not show up but if you look on ur leaderboard you indeed recieve them. This is not manditory but + rep and a thank never hurt any1!
