Ok, so recently I bid on some items from a seller in Hong Kong. The prices were very low on the three items I bid on but the shipping was high (for obvious reasons). I didn't notice the shipping when I bid but it was no big deal as even with shipping (which was about double what I paid for each item) was still cheaper than retail. However, I emailed the seller asking if I could get a partial refund for the combined shipping costs and never got a response back, along with the fact that I paid the shipping and have not received any help with the costs. It's not that big of a deal as I still got a good price on the merchandise, but there are numerous sellers on Ebay from Hong Kong with good feedback, a lot of items for sale for cheap (and not counterfeit as they are rare items)but the feed back is from the same people saying the same thing... Should these concerns raise any red flags for me or should I just wait a month and see if I receive my goods? +rep for any suggestions.

That sounds pretty suspicious if you ask me. I don't know if you should be concerned but I know for a fact that I would be concerned.

I agree, I will wait until the date Ebay says the items should arrive before I dispute. I've ordered some things from China before and they came about 3 months later as a complete surprise.

Well if you dont like the Price you can tell the seller to cancel. Also if your worring about getting the item just ask the seller for a Tracking Number.
Hope This Helps Plz Rep

I purchased three scale models of cars for my father's home office. They were pretty complex/ precise items and seem pretty hard to make a knock off of, but always could be. The seller had photos of them, along with 50+ items all on the same back ground (not stock photos) so it doesn't look fake but we'll see!
