Heres how it works:

Step 1: We fill out a capture the relay match
Step 2: 5 members on each team go to the "defend relay" point
Step 3: 1 member of each team goes to the oposite teams "capture the relay" point.
Step 4: NO KILLING ANYBODY YOU SEE
Step 5: The one person from each team at the capture point takes the relay and drops it and picks it back up again, repeat this for the whole game.

Each time the person drops the relay every member of the opposite team gains 100xp, we do this for the whole game gaining around 30,000xp per game. Do not go idol as the system will kick you.
