This map i heard took place in 1939. Nacht der Untoten took place in 1942. To me im wondering if the ancient civilization created 115 and started the zombies. Later on, Group 935 used 115 to create their own army of zombies, but their plan failed and the zombie outbreak started. The meteor that crashed in shi no numa caused the zombie outbreak there. Thats my theory on Shhangri-la
