Ya be careful guys. This, like GreenDay said, requires him to recover your account. Of course if you have a PC and a usb or transfer cable you could do this yourself. I won't tell you how has you can just easily look on YouTube. Also before giving him your account(if you are gonna do this) make sure you have bungie.net profile with your gt linked on it.
