Droid because it has an open market so there are more apps and you can watch flash videos and stuff. Also, if you download z4root, you can install it and then you can get tethered wifi which means it gives off wifi and the people who use it done have to pay

You're over exaggerating way too much.

Droids don't require an update every two to three weeks, you can choose to put on custom roms (firmware) and those require updates every so often.

Iphone 4s are much slower in the quadrant standard score, compared to almost any type of droid that scores much higher.

The apps on a droid rarely crash, same with the ones on the iphone. As for loading a video the OS closes programs you don't need because the system is running out of ram to play the video with little to no stutter.

I have the Incredible, and on paper, it is better than the iPhone. The specs are better. For instance, the Incredible has an 8 Megapixel camera while the iPhone has a 5. It also has a Micro SD card slot, so storage is not an issue. The iPhone makes you pay TONS to get the next level of storage, but a 32 GB SD card is fairly cheap these days.

It does NOT crash, haters. And the way I use mine, it should. I rooted mine to run Cyanogenmod 7 nightlies (I have tried other ROMs, but CM is easily the best out there) and a custom kernel from Savaged-Zen to allow me to set my processor speed at 1.2 gHz. You would think this would kill the battery, but it does not. 1.2 gHz is only the max, and the phone only goes that high when the demand exists. When the screen is off, the phone downclocks to lower speeds like 256 mHz because of the governor I use.

The Android operating system is better than iOS 5. Apple flat out copied parts of Android in to their operating system. Android is way ahead of Apple in terms of the operating system, No restrictions on content from the Market, no "killswitch," and Android phones actually require updates much less often the iDevices, not to mention you can set them up without a computer.

The most important thing: Price. I got my Incredible for free on a contract! The iPhone still runs 200 bucks! Even if the Incredible was not as good as the iPhone, I would have bought it anyway!

Android is customizable out of the box. And I don't mean just changing wallpapers. You can change the launcher, if you want! LauncherPro, ADW, and others are out there! On the iPhone you are stuck with the 4x4 icons and a wallpaper. -_-. That is just underwhelming. If you root the Android phone, then you can actually install Android 2.3 instead of 2.2 that comes preloaded using CyanogenMod. And here is a novel concept, downgrading is not an issue. You can perform backups of the whole system, manage them, and restore from themwithout using a computer.

Honestly, I could go on and on here. The Incredible is hard to beat right now. See if you can get it under 50 bucks, Best Buy was having a promotion where I am.
