Is there a way to transfer apps and stuff to your memory card of your phone ?

Take out your memory card and then stick it back in,in should automatically
start transfering all the data it worked for me hope i helped

I have exactly the same phone as you, the solution should be pretty easy. Try connecting your phone directly to your computer/laptop and then transfer it all through there. Usually though, apps and other stuff can be downloaded directly to a memory card.
