Dude begin with doing some tutorials from youtube, to get to know all the tools.
Then u can go and try one by urself, im not rating yours because it only took around 3 min to do, sorry mate, u need to take your time to perfect it

You should use some more things, not just the gradient tool and 3D text ;D
Look up some tutorials on youtube.
Really it is good for a first don't listen to anybody saying it is bad. I can guarantee you they are jealous
