To be fair you are actually discriminating against him for being younger than you. What's the problem with that? I understand that he is underage but cut him some slack. On topic, I really hope that the perk machines aren't random in their placement - that would be a disaster! I thought it was a really neat thing when Shi No Numa came out, but now I think it is pointless!

I actually did answer it by saying no i dont care about youtube right now. And if he is breaking rules being under age its not my fault. And i said i dont like little kids. and no it wasnt directly at him it was saying i dont like any. They annoy me, dont be quite, most rage when they go down in zombies, and have squeaky voices. Thats just what i am going to think and no one will change that. And im not controling i am making my own rules of my post, i made a requiremtn that he didnt have and he tried to bribe me with a sub on youtube.
Anyways
as for the perks,i think its stupid because as a double notice, it sometimes doesnt even spawn in a spot! Like if you look its there on times and then its not. Its like it didnt change and anything it moved. That is kinda dumb to me.
