can someone help me make some good banners and avatars for my clan. i want the banners to have Drs 3 on it and i want it to have a ump 45. or a acr with a green line going around it.and i want it to flash and things like this plz help me coz i have no idea hoes to make them :l unless someone wants to give me a link to a tutorial

Just search it up on youtube there are plent of good tutorials
