Simply click the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] tab then click this area [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then you should be at an area that looks like this but with your profile pic [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then simply upload the avatar you want to a place like tinypic or imageshack and then get the direct link for it and put it in the "Link to off-site avatar" place
