i see chrome controllers everywhere but i cant find out how to make them. ive been making controllers for a while but i cant figure it out. please tell me how to make them or if they cant be made easily, tell me where to find the blank chrome shell. thanks! +rep for top 2 most helpful!

The chrome shells cannot be painted really. U have to buy the shell. I bought mine off of consolecustoms . com

if you live in the UK there is some plasti-kote chrome spray paint but i don't know about USA. Dupli-color will probably have some.
