Now I already know there will be those trolls who read and reply saying "Obviously not, you are online."
This is why I think I am IP Banned:
I have to use a proxy to log on.
I can't load the site unless I am on the proxy.
This is why I think I am not IP Banned:
I have not done anything wrong.
I have not gotten my account banned.
I have not posted in days.
I have followed the rules.
I have not received any kind of message saying I have done something wrong.
Can someone please answer this for me?

Well if you have to use a proxy, then change your ip,if you cant do that, just talk crap on a vpn
