Can someone plz tell me how to work liberty it dont seem to even run, start up. can someonme plz tell me whats going wrong.

If you are on Windows 7 right click it and Run As Administrator. It will go through an updatye and you will be able to use it. If not you most likely downloaded from the wrong link. Try download from the other link on there site.

Sounds like your .NET framework is not installed of is out of date. Do you get any error?
