Get thermal paste, electrical tape, and 8 pennies.
tape up 4 groups of 2 pennies in each and glue them on the four squares on the bottom of the mother board. Before gluing them, take off the four sticker looking band-aid material squares off. After that is done you can try and do the 'towel trick'. You can do this by taking 2-3 towels and wrapping up your xbox with the back clear to plug things in, and turning it on for about 25 minutes. After all is done turn it off and turn it back on and it should work.
Now that your rrod should be fixed look up on youtube how to jtag your xbox.
