ok well first you need to open your xbox360


after that you need to opne the cd driver

after that then you need to plug everyting in and out in waw and then you press Y for install the game then you are gonna take the disc out quick and put in he modded one and intall the game

it lets you play games that can't be read by just inserting them in your disk tray.
like homemade disks and iso disks

hotswapping is when you remove the case of the console and the cover of the disc drive then if you make a iso modded disc lets say world at war, you can make a modded zombie mode on the disc and then you put in the real waw and after the xbox says "play world at war" you take the magnet off of the disc nd put in the modded one and put the magnet back. then you install the disc to your hard drive. when done your xbox would have never known if the disc was fake and you just pop your normal disc back in and the xbox will think that it installed the normal waw and you will have your mods active whatever they may be. so basically the point of hotswapping is to install modded games without hitting the eject button on your console so it doesent read the modded disc and try to verify if its real.
