It is starting to make buzzing sounds, it stops working out of nowhere, and it keeps beeping in my ear every five mins or so

X31 and its i dont know what to call it but near the Power button where you plug it in is a little crooked

your headset may be malfunctioning, or like you said could be that what is wrong with it best bets looking up google and taking it back to where you got got it from if you cant get the problem fixed.

np glad to help is it making the buzzing when people shoot you on games? also check your volume isnt too high failing that it could be the frequency range of the x31 if so i would say put them back and get a new headset
