I already emailed you and PM you certain information about servers, VPS, and Dedicated servers and also the spots added.

If I may say so myself, due to previous experience, having over 5+ admins is not a good thing to do.

I doubt there is a difference really between admins and a GM.

I'd limit that extent to 1-3 admins the MOST. I wouldn't mind being demoted to GM if that be. Admin's would usually control part of the server, knowing how to start, restart the server etc.

The spots on administrators should really be for the people the MAIN-ADMIN should trust the most, not necessarily friends or such.

Higher on that tier, the ones who set up the server itself.

Besides, you won't need such an abundance of GM's since the server just started. It should really be 1GM = 20 People, not 10 GM's = 20 people. get what I'm saying?

Looking at Dante's application, he looks like a REALLY good applicant to take the position as Server Coder etc. He is way experienced and knows the game itself.

Knowledge of WoW: I have been in a Top end raiding guild since the beginning of WoW. I have achieved a world rank of 19 in raiding, and in PvP I achieved a world top 200 rank. I have cleared nearly all end game content. I have been a GM on 4 private servers before they had slowed down due to lack of participation which was my cause for leaving. I know basicly every command in the game for both ascent and mangos cores. I would be interestead in holding a Admin position. I also have no problem with a GM position.

Extra: One thing that is important to have when applying for such a position is communication skills. And as being a raid leader back in both Vanila and BC and recently in Wrath of the Lich King I have had tons of leadership roles and have excellent communication.

How about ArcEmu? I find that the easiest to use when it comes to cores and repacks. I think i'll put you as admin. We need mature people as admins. We have a 20 year old as admin to. Pretty sure hes 20.
