Yes you can, it happened to me.
I've learnt my lesson, don't do it.
You'll get a perma ban and nothing can be done about it.

if it's an iso yes but not for a long time just be careful about p'p'l reporting u ok ;)

You can get banned for modding on everything

well thanks peoples and i if i do get banned ill always have my second xbox and a back up account and what about perma baned the whole xbox anyone know cause this will be my first time and i made 2 discs to iso mod =]
