No you cannot mod anything only with a USB

Yes you can for cod 4, MW2, and COD Black Ops
Create a class names for cod 4 and black ops and clan tag for all =) u will need hxd and usb xtaf and/or horizon or modio to rehash and resign, any Q's message me!
