Okay well im in germany so i cant get the maps becuase its Nazi zombies is there anyway that i can change my ip address so i can download the maps

No, you need to license transfer the maps.

Hahaha It Weren't like this for WaW, I played with alot of Germans..
You may need to try the other way which Takes The P*SS, Licence Transfer.. Which is Annoying to do.
