OK if you get banned your banned for good there is no way around it all ways are patched

The reason you got banned is you either Had a modded avatar

Did infections (w@w,Cod4)

Have modded gamerscore

Had modded XBL years


Dont post saying it is unfair because it is fair.You did deserve it because you are violating the ToS so it is then your fault.

there were alot of posts linking to the Microsoft homepage where they told you microsoft would ban people for this and some people didnt listen.

Dont post saying its not fair or microsoft is stupid because this is you fault

you violated the ToS or the system rules and therefore you have to suffer the consequences

If you dont want to get banned here is some easy ways

Dont do infections on any game not just CoD

If you have modded years tune them down to just a year or 2 (Dont have it like over 5 years)

here is how to fix it



do this but put the years down

Dont go around sending messages saying oh im hosting infections or a 10th lobby for free or for microsoft points or XBL because you could be sending the message to a microsoft worker.

Dont mod your gamerscore you can easily get banned for this

Dont do anything that violates the ToS
