Okay, so everytime i tried to plug in my turtle beaches, they crackled, and faded out with voices, and now i think it's a problem with the wire that connects to you're controller, and also, does anybody know if They have a warranty for broken headsets, because if i can't get these to work, than i pretty much have to buy a whole new pair, so please help.

I have the same problem. It's the cable from the headset to the controller.
Can get a new one for about 10 on ebay.

do the voices sound as if you didnt have a headset on? like they sound weird? if so, just try unplugging basically everything, the green wire and the usb and the part from the controller to the headset, then turn your xbox off, then plug everything back in and then start the xbox back up again. that should help, but the crackling part is because a cable is striped from its pad a little bit, the same thing happens with regular headphones, there is a little pad right on the part that connects to your controller for example: that thick part right before the jack that goes into your controller. there is a little pad that the wires connect to, sometimes they come off a little bit, that might be your problem!
Hope this helps!
