By any chance, did you make this patch? Or did you find it?
I have the patch that was released by everyone, which is lame because it's just unlimited ammo :

That patch looks sick, and unlimited ammo itself looks boring now.

Unlimited ammo

god mode

Start with raygun

Changelog from previous mods

decided to overhaul the files a bit as last lot were pretty ****
now melee/grenades/left and right direction
function as they should
back button =no clip...give ammo..give spikemore ammo

DPAD UP=God..give claymore ammo..give spikemore ammo..give monkeybombs..give 3179jGB215 weapon+ammo(shrink gun)

DPAD DOWN=Drop Weapon

Button B =drops shit loads of guns (dont drop em too many times as it may error you outta the game!!!!)
