we just finished matching all the symbols with the stone slabs after activating the statue, and now we have to do something with the pressure plates underground where the large meteors are. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

I'm stuck at the pressure plates as well and I've standed on them with my whole team for like 10 minutes and nothing happened
