Its really easy to pull off and fun to use. Its just like a jitter mod but you cant kill people . here are the steps

1. press the fire button and the reload button and the switching weapon button all at the same time.

2. have fun with it !!!!

I know it might have been posted before and I remember you could do this in mw2 but I haven't seen it posted just thought it would be a cool mini glitch to share.
