aoak so I was being stupid and I was trying to get my friends the new map pack on black ops for free ( it didn't work) and my friend still had my account on his xbox and while I was online he turned his xbox on and it automatically signed into my gamer tag it kicked me offline and now when I try to log in it won't let me, it says I have invalid information. Right now I am trying to recover my account but if that doesn't work what should I do?

they cant really do much because you willingly gave up your password and email address. This stuff is covered in the terms of use that you have to accept when you made your xbox account.
