Try signing in/out, or maybe just give it some time, check your paypal to make sure that the transaction was made.

Its because your paypal is doing a transaction , if you a diret bank funding then it would be a instant payment but if not then it will take up to 7-8 days to verify the payment .

Ok sometimes it takes a while for it to show up. If it is not there with in 24 hours then contact a admin. Here are a couple of things that you should try.

Exit out of your web browser and open it again.
Refresh the page.
Sign out and sign back in.
Just wait for a while.
