I don't think that the U.S. government would take such a risk. They have to know that if it actually is fake that the U.S. citizens would find out. How would we ever trust our government? Actually there was "No Official Photo" released on his death, the picture that you found wasn't released and some guy just made it. Thats why it's photo shoped. CNN said that "Its not a real Picture" if you listened to the whole story.
