If you are using CoD tool v1.5 then Unlimited health should be an option and I have only ever seen all weapons on the PS3 MW2 CVAR EDITOR.

Are you modding a direct zombie gamesave (When you click resume it loads zombies)?

If not then You cannot have god mode because you have to load another mission first then start zombies, God Mode and Inf ammo wear off.

I recommend either ISO Modding/Hotswapping or...
