I havent been on live for a few days and when I go to log on it says its been recovered but I never gave my info out

Chances are you gave it to someone.. Your account doesn't just disappear.. Try recovering it..

Recover it back then and see whats happened to it, also you should obviously change your password for your email you used, if you cant remember your email and pass then thats just unlucky
