I am going to post recommended pokemon white or other codes for games if wanting also if you want to get the newest firmware 1.7.1
Then use these steps.
Step1. Go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step2. Go to support located at top left then either find action replay ds or dsi firmware 1.7.1 download at popular downloads.
Step3. Then download to the desktop of your computer.
Step4. Open dsi or ds code manager.
Step5. Connect action replay with USB to computer.
Step6. Once it loads your action replay codes then drag the firmware to the gray area at the top next to commit changes.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step7. After finished downloading press commit changes then after it says safe to take out go to the right in the where it says USA codjunkies click
on it then find pokemon white or black then click drag to the bottom right under the codes you looked put it in the location your at then drop find and
then do it again but at your actual code side

Hey some advice:
Space out the tut a bit, its an eyesore!
Maybe add some pictures, not necessarily of the steps but of the ar n shizz,
add a video, just take a link off of youtube!
add some colours to the text!
otherwise should be a sticky!
