Nope, I would honestly suggest it 100%! It basically makes the iPad do what ever you want it too do, and these days the Jailbreaks are usually perfect, (like they used to be hard too do and there was a risk of damaging your iDevice, but now it's like 1 click of a button and the risk is basically completely gone) I've Jailbroken at least 20 iDevices (I help friends at school) and none have had any issues). If you ever had a problem and needed to send back too Apple just simply reformat or what ever you wanna call it and it will be like new again. If/once you jailbreak it just YouTube "How too get Installous" and then it's like the App store but everything is free.

Saves money by not having to buy ANY Apps! There all free, lol I borrowed my friends iPad and downloaded like 90 apps in a night lol all great ones too.

Edit: just look in here Forums/f=161/ipod-iphone-jailbreaking.html I believe the one I used was Greenpois0n (which is at Greenpois0n . com ) just look for the latest version. It's very simple too do.. This kid on YouTube makes very good tutorials on mac/pc on how too Jailbreak, I would suggest checking him out.
