1. Going negative.
Go negative in any game mode and then say that it was because of your team and not your fault. Say your teammates couldn't follow orders and that's why you lost. And use the worst class setup you can think of.

Wait for someone to go into a corner and then trap them there.

Run behind your teammates shooting with an unsuppressed weapon.

Invite all the enemies to a party and tell them that you'll let them get a killcam when you're last alive. That will get your teammates mad.
