You can only verify it with a bank account or a credit card/prepaid card.


If you verify it with ETRADE your account will get limited!

1. Etrade Verification is Fraud.
2. Nobody is going to give you access to there bank account.
3. PayPal is not intended for 13 year old kids for that reason.

well, if your not 18, then you shouldnt have a paypal. Its is fraud and stealing information
