reset your router for 30 seconds and recconect if that doesnt work go with the cops but dont ask or booters on TTG that talks illegal

First: its udp not upd. Second: changing your ip wont work, he can get the ip again. Thirdly: Just host boot him. You can get a shell booter for like $5 and a hostbooter for like $40 :facepalm:
