This is how it works champ through paypal you set up your card "aka debit/cedit card" say your bank is cibc rbc bmo or another type of bank
once you have tryed to verifiy it it will ask for the two deposit's that they sent you to make sure it is your account once you have got the amounts (should talk about 3-5 bussiness days to recive them depending on were you live to find out what they are ether find the help line for your bank or simply go to the bank and ask a teller once set up it will ask if you would like to add money ifso hit yes enter the amount you want takin off your card and put into your paypla account wait 6-8 bussiness days or longer again depending on were you live once you see that your account has the currency you want go buy soem shizniz hope this helps) btw only you can verifiy it no one else unless you want some one to know all your info card shit and what ever else witch is the wrong thing to do if you are the card holder and it will porobily smack you in the long run have fun

it is if you set up any account besides a children's or whatever they call it.. it would be fraud if you claimed that your an adult and your not.
