I'm 16, and have been working out for around 4 weeks now, not too long haha. But my question to the muscular folk on here is: Is it based off genetics or can anyone get an 8-pack? Thanks a bunch!

I am 14 having a toned 6-pack. going for 8 pack. It is possible I use to have it when I was 12. It is really hard to maintain though.
Morning: 6 miles running
Sit-ups: 250 morning and then 300 night.
Push-ups 250 morning and then 300 night.
Weight lifting just work on the lower body.
That's pretty much all. and have to keep doing it to keep it.

Yeah that's what I thought, are the pushups/ situps continuous? As in non-stop?
