Watching movies on Netflix helps me.
or you could just get a blindfold and put it on as well as shut off all the lights in your room so you can fall asleep faster. I used to do that lol

One big reason of not being able to sleep, or insomnia is because you dont get physically active in the daytime. The body sleeps because it is fatigued. If it is not then thats why it doesent sleep. My advice would be join some sports or start a workout routine. Good luck -Cudo

or just smoke weed. if you wake up. well. wake and bake. pass out again. and repeat untill you want to wake up =]
